Home-Start Chichester & District are recruiting now for the post of a Family and Volunteer Coordinator. The coordinator will build strong relationships with our families, working with them to identify their needs, match them to a trained volunteer and regularly review progress. They will provide support, supervision and ongoing training to existing volunteers and support with the recruitment and training new volunteers. They will organise and support with the running of our Family Groups.

Essential requirements for the role include:
- Experience of working with and supporting children and families
- Knowledge and experience of safeguarding issues
- Experience of managing and running family groups
- Understanding of volunteering
25 hours per week over 4-5 days
