20 hours per week: Salary £28,672 – £31,346 pro rata plus contributory pension

Home-Start is the UK’s leading family support charity. We are a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under the age of five. Locally recruited and trained volunteers offer regular support, friendship and practical help to families under stress in their own homes to prevent family crisis and breakdown.
You will be responsible for providing leadership in raising the profile of Home-Start Chichester and District and expanding services, as well as managing the small staff team of 3 coordinators and 2 administrators. You will report to the Board of Trustees.
Minimum requirements:
- Good standard of education to at least A level / NVQ level 4 standard, or equivalent
- Supervisory or management experience
- DBS will be required
